Sitting high above Trebarwith Strand with excellent views over the beautiful gardens and out to sea, Trevalley is a delightful North Cornwall character cottage in a lovely coastal setting, having superb flexibility and priced separately for parties of five or seven throughout the year. Enchanting Tintagel is close by with its famous castle steeped in legend and mystery. A little further along the coast are the picturesque harbour villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac. A twenty minute walk through the valley brings you to the fabulous golden sands of tidal Trebarwith Strand and a short drive will find you at the popular beaches of Polzeath and Widemouth Bay. This spacious welcoming self-catering holiday home from home has a comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove. The attractive country kitchen /dining room with lovely oak beams leads to a sunny conservatory with the most stunning views. The stylish master bedroom has wonderful valley and sea views. Stairs lead down to the pretty twin room and single room, all served by a wood panelled family bathroom. A small annex, accessed internally through the twin room, provides a second twin bedroom with the benefit of an en suite shower room and galley kitchen, ideal for families. This part of the house also has its own separate entrance door and the internal connecting door can be locked if required. On the garden level a games room with table tennis and pool table is a real bonus and will keep the children happy for hours! French windows in the conservatory lead out to the lovely enclosed south facing terraced gardens, with pretty patio area and pond where you can make the most of the spectacular sunsets over the rugged coastline. Bedford Cottage, along with its sister property Wheatley Barn, forms part of a Cornish working dairy farm. Sited next to open farmland, in an area known for its natural beauty, you are sure to enjoy peace and tranquillity amidst comfortable surroundings. Both cottages have access to a fantastic indoor leisure facility, adjacent to the Owners farmhouse. This includes a full length heated swimming pool, authentic sauna and large hot tub. With an outdoor adventure play area for children too, there really is no need to venture further afield, as no matter what the weather is like, there is entertainment for all ages on site. However for those wishing to venture further, there are many famous towns and villages to visit close by, as well as gorgeous beaches within a few miles, at Crackington Haven and Bude.

Bedford Cottage is a spacious, attractive, former farm-workers cottage, full of character combined with modern convenience. Cross the enclosed garden space and enter the rear hallway with spacious utility area, ideal for storing outdoor wear and beach items. The attractive kitchen/dining area are extremely well equipped, having been totally re-furbished in March 2012. The kitchen is separated from the roomy dining area by a polished slate floor. Down three steps is a convenient and newly fitted shower room with WC and basin. Through to the comfortable living room with large sofas around the fireplace with wood-burner, ensuring a cosy welcome all year round. French doors lead into the conservatory, offering garden views with more comfortable seating and a second TV with Freeview and DVD. Upstairs the bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements and a spacious family bathroom serves all three rooms. Everyday comfort is further enabled throughout the cottage, with oil fired central heating. This truly unique Cornish cottage makes an ideal choice for those seeking a rather special place, for a family holiday.
