Praze is arranged on one floor and on entering the property, a hallway divides and to one side is the cosy lounge/ kitchen/ diner with electric living flame fire and French windows which open onto the decking area outside. The bright and sunny dining area sits adjacent to the well equipped modern kitchen and the open plan design makes this property perfect for families and group gatherings.
On the other side of the hallway, the property provides three bedrooms. The first room to one side provides a twin bedroom with standard size twin beds, followed by a separate bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. At the end of the corridor, the property provides one double bedroom and an additional double bedroom with en-suite shower room with walk in shower and WC.
