Accommodation overview: With uninterrupted views of the sea across Mounts Bay to the Lizard, this light and comfortable property is the entire upper level of a detached house set back from the road leading into the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole, only 200 yards from the harbour and local amenities.

Entered from the shared driveway where there is parking for one small car per property, a sloping lane leads up to the front door which opens beneath a porch roof into an entrance hallway with a coats area. To the left is a spacious double bedroom with lovely sea views, an adjacent bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath, and to the right of the hall a door leads through to a newly fitted kitchen with New England style units and a breakfast bar with high stools. On the far side is a light and airy twin bedded room with dual aspect windows overlooking the sea and coastline.

Accommodation overview: An attractive mid-terrace granite cottage set high above the pretty fishing village of Mousehole, with panoramic views across Mounts Bay and only a short walk downhill to the small harbour and beach.

Entered from a rather steep pedestrian lane, a couple of steps lead up to the front porch and an inner door opens directly into a comfortably furnished sitting room with a board and beam ceiling, a light crisp decor and sea views over the village roof tops looking across to the Lizard.
