St Ives and Falmouth are 25 minutes drive. The Lizard, Padstow and the renowned Eden Project are about 50 minutes, while the county town of Truro with its cathedral and high street shops is but twenty minutes away. Indoor swimming, go-karting, bowling and other games are available locally. Illogan and Portreath (1 mile) have a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.
