Accommodation overview: Within a mile of the lovely sandy beach at Harlyn Bay and a short way inland from Trevose Head, this semi-detached, double glazed newly renovated barn conversion is set in the gardens of the owners home to one side of the coast road from Newquay to Padstow.
Approached by a secure gated driveway where there is parking for two cars adjacent to the owners garage, a level gravel path continues up to the front entrance porch with a small work top and coat pegs. An inner stable door leads directly into a well equipped kitchen with fitted units, a beech effect worktop and a slate tiled floor. Beyond is a pleasant comfortable living room with a natural wood floor, soft lighting and a relaxing decor. Overlooking the garden the dining area has an ornamental feature brick fireplace and the adjacent seating area has two comfortable settees.
In the far corner, one step leads up to a small hallway and a pretty double bedroom with a wash basin, three steps continue up from the hall to a bathroom W.C. with hand basin, cast iron rolltop bath and shower cubicle and an attractive twin bedded room. The garden immediately to the front has an area for sitting out and visitors are encouraged to make full use of the shared landscaped garden with varying levels of lawn bounded by a stone wall.
The village of St Merryn under half a mile away has a selection of small shops, the nearest pub is a five minute walk along the main road and there is a seasonal restaurant just a few yards away. The harbour town of Padstow and the Camel Estuary are about 2.5 miles and there are a further seven beautiful beaches all within a short drive, as well as golf courses.

Accommodation overview: This wonderful holiday home is perfectly situated within the St Merryn Holiday Village, just outside the popular village of St Merryn which is located just three miles from the wonderful North Cornish Coast, famous for its beautiful beaches and fantastic surfing. Full of home from home features with a large enclosed garden, this property makes a fantastic base for all the family. With popular sites such as Padstow just three miles away, Willow Lodge is the perfect spot to explore the whole of the North Cornish coast.
Entering the property via three steps, you will immediately walk through a narrow hallway which leads you straight into the spacious sitting room and open plan dining area with views across the garden. Adjacent to this, is a galley-style kitchen with modern country style cabinets and breakfast bar. Back into the hallway and down towards the bedrooms you will locate a separate bathroom with WC and basin on the right hand side, which sits right next to the single bedroom which is just perfect for a young child. Further to this, there are two double bedrooms with standard sized double beds, one which also provides an en suite shower room, WC and basin and views across the garden.
To the front of the property is a large parking area with ample off road parking for one car. There is also separate parking for an additional car on the other side of the garden. The large sandy beaches at Constantine Bay is within easy access at just three miles away as well many other popular beaches and coves along the coastline. The large fishing town of Padstow is three miles away provides an array of boutique shops and restaurants and well as a large Tesco’s supermarket for the necessities. The smaller village of St Merryn is just 1 mile away and provides all the essentials with a Spar shop, bakery, restaurants and pub.

Entered from the parking area in front of the cottage, a side gate and path lead round to the rear of the cottage where there is a little fenced garden with a patio and area of grass.
A porch way with coat pegs leads into a very spacious sitting dining room, the ceiling echoing the shape of the original cowshed. Now a very pleasant room with windows to the garden and countryside beyond. At one end a brick archway leads to a fully fitted kitchen.
