The beach, which is approximately 10 minutes walk from the house, is known for its safe bathing and boating. There are also a choice of shops and pubs within a short drive. It is an ideal base for visiting attractions such as The Eden Project, Charlestown Shipwreck Centre, Caerhayes Castle, St Mawes, Fowey, Falmouth, the ancient city of Truro, with its beautiful cathedral, and the numerous quaint villages along the South coast of Cornwall. The accommodation is a spacious wing of the main house and offers ONE bedroom: with a double and single bed, en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/diner: spacious with TV, DVD, video and radio with doors leading onto balcony with seating. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge and microwave. Laundry service by arrangement. Outside: grassed seating area with garden furniture. Amenities: parking on private road. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets.
