Accommodation overview: Approached by a private lane, Broad Downs Farm was originally a traditional mixed Devon farmstead consisting of farm house, stables, stone barn and piggery. Set in a secluded location, surrounded by 22 acres of sheep pasture and meadow, with a small woodland area, natural pond and springs, the property includes large gardens and an outdoor swimming pool (shared with Broad Downs Barn). The farmhouse has been extensively renovated and updated by its present owners to create a large spacious property which can cater for extended holiday groups. A traditional farmhouse with contemporary living space incorporating high green oak beam ceilings, log burners, natural stone floors, all rooms command beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

Accommodation overview: Offields Farm is located only 1/2 mile from the village of Churchstow with its 13th Century church and popular pub, The Church House Inn. The pretty village of Bantham with cob and thatch cottages leading down to the sea, popular local inn (The Sloop) and shop/cafe is just a short 5/10 minute drive away - the beautiful sandy beach at Bantham is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts alike, with lovely cliff walks nearby along the South West Coastal Path. The market town of Kingsbridge and sailing waters of Salcombe are some 2 and 6 miles away respectively. Owl Barn and The Stables are two recently converted barns, furnished and presented to a high standard. Situated in 15 acres of rolling farmland with horses and ducks, guest are more than welcome to roam around the farm! The properties retain many original features such as exposed scissor beams in the ceiling on the first floor. Hot water by immersion. Heating by wall mounted electric heaters. One well behaved dog permitted. Although individual properties with private access and accommodation, they also offer opportunities for two families (of up to 10 persons) seeking adjacent properties of an equivalent, high standard.

Accommodation overview: Framed by the mature woodland of Moult Hill, the Grafton Towers apartments are situated between North Sands and South Sands beach from where a half hourly summer ferry service links with Salcombe's shops, quays and restaurants.The apartments were constructed in 2003 following the redevelopment of the former 'Grafton Towers Hotel' and are all equipped and presented to a very good standard and have an independent video security entry system.All apartments have gas fired central heating and hot water, allocated parking for at least one car, and share a large communal laundry and drying room containing washing machines and tumble dryers, plus an area to hang wet towels, sailing clothes etc. Grafton Towers also has a large, landscaped area with attractive planted borders and a communal sun terrace (above garages) from where to enjoy the fantastic views and Summer sunshine!
