Accommodation overview: Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech 'extras' and stylishy finished, a short break or longer stay at Dart Marina offers the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round. .The Dart Marina properties boast stunning water views and many have free use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa included. The elegant River Restaurant and first class yacht harbour are all close by, so you can enjoy the boutique hotel experience with the flexibility and freedom of a large, stylish holiday apartment. Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away. Individually styled, our eleven Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart and to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall and living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level. The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair are available at each property on request (excluding No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times. Accommodation overview: Located next to a dairy farm (hence the names) at the end of a quiet lane in the small hamlet of East Down, just 5 minutes drive from Dartmouth. 'Clover', 'Buttercup' and 'Daisy' are three very tastefully decorated and furnished barns, retaining many original features including exposed beams and roof timbers. The development is teaming with bird life and wildlife such as hares, hedgehogs and water voles. The popular beaches at Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands as well as the nature reserve at Slapton Ley are within a pleasant 10 minute drive. There is also direct access to public footpaths with a beautiful walk to Blackawton highly recommended, and if all this were not enough, Woodlands Leisure Park is just 5 minutes drive away.

Accommodation overview: Oak and May Cottages are two very well presented properties converted from a stone barn. Set in their own grounds at the head of a stunning rural valley, the properties boast lovely views from the garden across farmland. The accommodation (adjacent to the owners' home) is cleverly set out over two floors and is ideally suited to a couple or young family. Whilst the cottages are available individually, they may also suit two families looking for adjacent accommodation sleeping up to eight in total. The cottages are in a wonderful setting of outstanding natural beauty overlooking farmland, and just 1 1/2 miles from the beautiful estuary town of Salcombe, with its spectacular coastline and fine sandy beaches. The village of Malborough - with two pubs, post office/village stores and garage - is only third of a mile away. Salcombe and Malborough can now be reached via a newly constructed cycle/walk path accessed from the top of the drive.All guests have access to the outdoor solar heated swimming pool (usually available from late May to the end of September) and are welcome to meet the resident herd of Shetland ponies!
