Accommodation overview: 'The Salcombe' (formerly the Salcombe Hotel), is situated in Fore Street, on a prominent site with long water frontage and centrally placed for all amenities. Magnificent views from all flats of the main anchorage, towards South Pool Creek and the beaches at East Portlemouth. Apartments within this attractive building offer central heating if required and use of communal gardens around the property, laundry room, parking for one car per flat, mooring on the pontoon for one dinghy (overall length including motor 5 metres and 2 metres maximum beam) and heated swimming pool available from the Spring Bank Holiday weekend until the end of September. A lift is available from the reception area (on the first floor) to the third and fourth floors only. There is also a restaurant/wine bar within the building.

Accommodation overview: Little Cotton Barn is set in 3 acres of land in a beautiful tranquil location at the end of a country lane yet just 5 minutes drive from the famous naval town of Dartmouth. The barn adjoining the Farmhouse has each been sensitively reconstructed in recent years to provide a very high standard of accommodation whilst retaining many of the traditional features and characteristics of the original buildings.In spite of the rural location Little Cotton is easily accessible and close to local facilities - the 'Park and Ride' bus service into Dartmouth, as well as the town's Leisure Centre and largest supermarkets (Sainsburys and Lidl) are within a short walking distance. Little Cotton is an ideal retreat for families with a range of facilities available to keep children of all ages entertained. There is a large grass area for ball games with small child friendly goal posts, a 12' trampoline (with safety enclosure) and an activity fort with swings, climbing frame and slide will keep them busy for hours! Additionally there is an indoor play area with a multi-activity table (tennis/snooker, football etc), many board games, a wide selection of toys for all ages, books and colouring and various outdoor games (balls etc). There is even a large tub of spare wellies, just in case! Wii Games Stations are provided in both properties making it ideal accommodation for any time of the year (Christmas decorations are also provided). Whilst each of these areas can be seen from both properties there is also a picnic bench - with picnic crockery provided - from where parents can sit and watch their children.From the courtyard an opening leads through to a natural meadow and pretty pond, with picnic benches to sit and enjoy the wildlife. All areas are fenced for safety but young children must be supervised at all times.

Accommodation overview: Netherton Farm is set in a small peaceful hamlet approximately two miles from Kingsbridge in a secluded valley surrounded by five acres of beautiful farm and woodland. This area is a haven for birds and wildlife and a favourite for walkers with or without a four-legged friend! Salcombe is about seven miles in one direction and Dartmouth slightly further in the other. Slapton Sands with its spectacular rugged coastline, is only five miles from Netherton, and Bantham Sands to the west with it's wide sandy beach. The three properties at Netherton Farm - Boxtree Barn, Bay Tree Cottage and Willow Studio - are all very different in design but offer all guests a high standard of accommodation in a stunning location. Each property enjoys the benefit of full central heating and hot water to ensure a warm, cosy welcome at all times of the year, as well as use of the fabulous heated outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m) by arrangement with the owners - who live nearby at the Farmhouse - from Easter until the end of October (weather permitting!). There is ample parking for each of the properties and a large communal grassed area for the use of all guests. For those with dogs, there is use of additional fields adjoining the farmhouse. The owners also offer a dog sitting service in their home and walled garden if required.

The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. Accommodation overview: Offields Farm is located only 1/2 mile from the village of Churchstow with its 13th Century church and popular pub, The Church House Inn. The pretty village of Bantham with cob and thatch cottages leading down to the sea, popular local inn (The Sloop) and shop/cafe is just a short 5/10 minute drive away - the beautiful sandy beach at Bantham is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts alike, with lovely cliff walks nearby along the South West Coastal Path. The market town of Kingsbridge and sailing waters of Salcombe are some 2 and 6 miles away respectively. Owl Barn and The Stables are two recently converted barns, furnished and presented to a high standard. Situated in 15 acres of rolling farmland with horses and ducks, guest are more than welcome to roam around the farm! The properties retain many original features such as exposed scissor beams in the ceiling on the first floor. Hot water by immersion. Heating by wall mounted electric heaters. One well behaved dog permitted. Although individual properties with private access and accommodation, they also offer opportunities for two families (of up to 10 persons) seeking adjacent properties of an equivalent, high standard.
