Apartments within this attractive building offer central heating if required and use of communal gardens around the property, laundry room, parking for one car per flat, mooring on the pontoon for one dinghy (overall length including motor 5 metres and 2 metres maximum beam) and heated swimming pool available from the Spring Bank Holiday weekend until the end of September. A lift is available from the reception area (on the first floor) to the third and fourth floors only. There is also a restaurant/wine bar within the building.

The house name comes from the former owners who were lead actors in The Onedin Line, the famous television drama series, filmed locally.
