Magnificent views from all flats of the main anchorage, towards South Pool Creek and the beaches at East Portlemouth. Apartments within this attractive building offer central heating if required and use of communal gardens around the property, laundry room, parking for one car per flat, mooring on the pontoon for one dinghy (overall length including motor 5 metres and 2 metres maximum beam) and heated swimming pool available from the Spring Bank Holiday weekend until the end of September.
