Apartments within this attractive building offer central heating if required and use of communal gardens around the property, laundry room, parking for one car per flat, mooring on the pontoon for one dinghy (overall length including motor 5 metres and 2 metres maximum beam) and heated swimming pool available from the Spring Bank Holiday weekend until the end of September. Accommodation overview: Located next to a dairy farm (hence the names) at the end of a quiet lane in the small hamlet of East Down, just 5 minutes drive from Dartmouth. 'Clover', 'Buttercup' and 'Daisy' are three very tastefully decorated and furnished barns, retaining many original features including exposed beams and roof timbers.
