Accommodation overview: Harbour Yard is a delightful development of three houses and three apartments set in the very heart of the town (just off Fore Street). Each property has a parking space, use of a communal laundry area and some have limited estuary views from the upper floors. The apartments benefit from an open plan living arrangement of the upper floor comprising a lounge, dining area, and contemporary kitchen. There is also a landscaped courtyard-cum-deck space to the front of the property. The superb town houses all have en suite master bedrooms and have been equipped to very high standards with fully fitted integrated kitchens. The farm is approached along a country road and down a private drive some two miles from the village of East Allington. The market town of Kingsbridge is just 15 minutes drive away from where you can take a leisurely steamer excursion along the estuary to Salcombe. The two mile shingle beach at Slapton Sands is a 10 minute drive away, as is the famous 'Ley' at Torcross for bird watchers, whilst sandy beaches are a short drive away. If the kids have any energy left after all this activity, Woodlands Leisure Park is just seven miles away.
