Accommodation overview: St. Elmo Court occupies a secluded and private setting within sub-tropical garden just above North Sands Beach. Accommodation overview: Netherton Farm is set in a small peaceful hamlet approximately two miles from Kingsbridge in a secluded valley surrounded by five acres of beautiful farm and woodland. This area is a haven for birds and wildlife and a favourite for walkers with or without a four-legged friend! Salcombe is about seven miles in one direction and Dartmouth slightly further in the other. Slapton Sands with its spectacular rugged coastline, is only five miles from Netherton, and Bantham Sands to the west with it's wide sandy beach. The three properties at Netherton Farm - Boxtree Barn, Bay Tree Cottage and Willow Studio - are all very different in design but offer all guests a high standard of accommodation in a stunning location. Each property enjoys the benefit of full central heating and hot water to ensure a warm, cosy welcome at all times of the year, as well as use of the fabulous heated outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m) by arrangement with the owners - who live nearby at the Farmhouse - from Easter until the end of October (weather permitting!). There is ample parking for each of the properties and a large communal grassed area for the use of all guests. For those with dogs, there is use of additional fields adjoining the farmhouse. The owners also offer a dog sitting service in their home and walled garden if required.

Accommodation overview: Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech 'extras' and stylishy finished, a short break or longer stay at Dart Marina offers the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round. .The Dart Marina properties boast stunning water views and many have free use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa included. The elegant River Restaurant and first class yacht harbour are all close by, so you can enjoy the boutique hotel experience with the flexibility and freedom of a large, stylish holiday apartment. Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Individually styled, our eleven Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart and to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall and living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level. The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair are available at each property on request (excluding No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times. Accommodation overview: Set in historic Warfleet, just half a mile or so from the naval town of Dartmouth with its array of pubs, restaurants, boutiques and galleries, stands The Pottery. Built in 1819 this famous Grade II listed building has variously been a fine paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and, most recently, The Dartmouth Pottery. Now this historic building has been sensitively redeveloped retaining much of the original character, to create nine beautiful new apartments. Eight superb town houses have also been built in the adjacent grounds.Each property has been equipped and presented to a very high standard, many with distinctive oak flooring, exposed beams and columns and underfloor heating. Accommodation overview: Framed by the mature woodland of Moult Hill, the Grafton Towers apartments are situated between North Sands and South Sands beach from where a half hourly summer ferry service links with Salcombe's shops, quays and restaurants.The apartments were constructed in 2003 following the redevelopment of the former 'Grafton Towers Hotel' and are all equipped and presented to a very good standard and have an independent video security entry system.All apartments have gas fired central heating and hot water, allocated parking for at least one car, and share a large communal laundry and drying room containing washing machines and tumble dryers, plus an area to hang wet towels, sailing clothes etc. Grafton Towers also has a large, landscaped area with attractive planted borders and a communal sun terrace (above garages) from where to enjoy the fantastic views and Summer sunshine!
