Accommodation overview: St. Elmo Court occupies a secluded and private setting within subtropical garden just above North Sands Beach. The town centre with its wide array of boutiques, pubs, restaurants and stunning waterfront are within a pleasant 15/20 minute walk. There are superb views over the North Sands valley, its sandy cove and the mouth of the Salcombe estuary. The apartments are all furnished and equipped to high standard with balconies to take in the stunning views. All have gas fired central heating and hot water, and parking for up to two cars. Accommodation overview: Court Barton is situated in the village of Aveton Gifford adjacent to St. Andrews Church which dates from the 12th century. The 16th Century stone built owner's farmhouse looks down the valley to the Avon estuary and is set within some 8 acres of garden with a duck pond, fields and paddock, all of which is available for guests to enjoy. There are also a number of footpaths and bridle paths surrounding the property. The owners have two ponies (Twinkle and Mickey Mouse), as well as four ducks, a cockerel and several chickens (who lay lovely free range eggs!), and two friendly guinea pigs (Tuffers and Ginger). Aveton Gifford lies within the Avon Valley in the heart of the South Hams and is an ideal base to explore South Devon. The village boasts a friendly pub with restaurant and pool table. Bar meals are also offered and children are very welcome (www.the-fishermansrest.co.uk) Launching access for boats is available on the river Avon which meanders out to Bantham beach and the sea beyond. Behind the main farmhouse a 100 year old stone barn has been converted into Two very comfortable holiday cottages, The Old Stables, The Dairy.

Accommodation overview: Dartview is a three-storey coastal house converted into six individual holiday properties in recent years. The building was significantly renovated and the front elevation fully restored in recent years, and is now an attractive landmark in this popular area of the town. Dartview is set in the very heart of the town with easy access to all local facilities including restaurants, shops, galleries and pubs - the famous waterfront is within just a few minutes' level walk. Each of the flats have stunning views over the River Dart across to Kingswear and out to sea with parking usually available in the road nearby (out of season) or in the long stay car park.

The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Accommodation overview: Set in an idyllic country location yet only 4 miles from the coast, Higher Norton Farm offers an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Hams. The farm is approached along a country road and down a private drive some two miles from the village of East Allington. The market town of Kingsbridge is just 15 minutes drive away from where you can take a leisurely steamer excursion along the estuary to Salcombe. The two mile shingle beach at Slapton Sands is a 10 minute drive away, as is the famous 'Ley' at Torcross for bird watchers, whilst sandy beaches are a short drive away.
