Accommodation overview: Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech 'extras' and stylishy finished, a short break or longer stay at Dart Marina offers the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round. .The Dart Marina properties boast stunning water views and many have free use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa included. The elegant River Restaurant and first class yacht harbour are all close by, so you can enjoy the boutique hotel experience with the flexibility and freedom of a large, stylish holiday apartment. Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away. Individually styled, our eleven Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart and to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall and living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level. The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair are available at each property on request (excluding No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times. For those who need to stay in touch during their South Devon break, wireless broadband internet is available at most properties (please check with office prior to booking). Accommodation overview: Situated in the upper part of Devon Road, some 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and North Sands beach, Sunnyledge and Burberry are two adjoining halves of one large traditional town house - each has been extensively and tastefully upgraded to a modern standard over recent seasons. The layout of each house effectively mirrors the other with all accommodation on two levels (via separate stone steps up to 1st floor entrances), each property enjoys lovely views across the estuary through an area of protected woodland. Whilst Sunnyledge and Burberry are essentially individual properties with private access and accommodation they also offer opportunities for 2 families seeking adjacent accommodation of an equivalent, high standard.
