Accommodation overview: Dartview is a three-storey coastal house converted into six individual holiday properties in recent years. The building was significantly renovated and the front elevation fully restored in recent years, and is now an attractive landmark in this popular area of the town. Dartview is set in the very heart of the town with easy access to all local facilities including restaurants, shops, galleries and pubs - the famous waterfront is within just a few minutes' level walk. Accommodation overview: Set in historic Warfleet, just half a mile or so from the naval town of Dartmouth with its array of pubs, restaurants, boutiques and galleries, stands The Pottery. Built in 1819 this famous Grade II listed building has variously been a fine paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and, most recently, The Dartmouth Pottery. Now this historic building has been sensitively redeveloped retaining much of the original character, to create nine beautiful new apartments. Eight superb town houses have also been built in the adjacent grounds.Each property has been equipped and presented to a very high standard, many with distinctive oak flooring, exposed beams and columns and underfloor heating. Accommodation overview: Oak and May Cottages are two very well presented properties converted from a stone barn. Set in their own grounds at the head of a stunning rural valley, the properties boast lovely views from the garden across farmland. The accommodation (adjacent to the owners' home) is cleverly set out over two floors and is ideally suited to a couple or young family. Whilst the cottages are available individually, they may also suit two families looking for adjacent accommodation sleeping up to eight in total. The cottages are in a wonderful setting of outstanding natural beauty overlooking farmland, and just 1 1/2 miles from the beautiful estuary town of Salcombe, with its spectacular coastline and fine sandy beaches. The village of Malborough - with two pubs, post office/village stores and garage - is only third of a mile away. Salcombe and Malborough can now be reached via a newly constructed cycle/walk path accessed from the top of the drive.All guests have access to the outdoor solar heated swimming pool (usually available from late May to the end of September) and are welcome to meet the resident herd of Shetland ponies!

Accommodation overview: Located next to a dairy farm (hence the names) at the end of a quiet lane in the small hamlet of East Down, just 5 minutes drive from Dartmouth. 'Clover', 'Buttercup' and 'Daisy' are three very tastefully decorated and furnished barns, retaining many original features including exposed beams and roof timbers. The development is teaming with bird life and wildlife such as hares, hedgehogs and water voles. The popular beaches at Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands as well as the nature reserve at Slapton Ley are within a pleasant 10 minute drive. There is also direct access to public footpaths with a beautiful walk to Blackawton highly recommended, and if all this were not enough, Woodlands Leisure Park is just 5 minutes drive away.
