To one side of the hallway there are two bedrooms, one double with en suite shower room and WC along with a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.

On the other side of the hallway there are three bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds plus an en-suite shower room and WC, one 5ft double bedroom with sliding doors onto the front garden and another twin bedroom. A spacious separate bathroom sits adjacent to the bedrooms and offers a separate shower, roll top bath with handheld shower and WC.

The centered staircase with stair gate leads to the spacious first floor where the open plan style living offers a comfortable and stylish lounge with ample seating and wood-burning stove. The dining area sits adjacent the French windows which open onto a sheltered balcony with outdoor seating and rural views. Adjacent to the living area is a well equipped, modern fitted kitchen with range cooker, providing all the necessary equipment to cater for large families or group gatherings.

One further bedroom is located down a corridor leading from the lounge and offers a very spacious king size bed (5ft) with en-suite bathroom and roll top bath with handheld shower, a separate shower cubicle and WC plus wonderful rural views across the valley.  

To the front of the property, the attractive garden with hot tub and garden seating make this area perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Koes provides one designated parking space adjacent to the property with additional parking on site.
