1 & 2 Brick Kiln Barns are two charming single storey adjoining cottages based on the footprint of an ancient brick moulding barn in the pretty village of Dilham. They stand to the rear of the owner's property overlooking open farmland; the area is perfect for bird watching with several RSPB reserves in the vicinity. Guests are welcome to relax on the lawns and you can use the canoe launching site into a quiet branch of the River Ant, however the fishing rights are reserved for the local kingfishers and the occasional otter. Also Provided: Books and games, fixed stair gate at top of stairs, a Pay-As-You-Go mobile is available at the property for guests' use. Guests "top up" to their own requirements - please ensure that it is left in the property on departure.
Extras: Towels may be hired at £6.50 per person payable on booking.
Pets: One medium size dog is welcome - please be aware of our booking conditions.
Notes: The stairs are steep with a twist in keeping with the age of the property and open directly into Bedroom 1 through fixed stair gate. Due to the layout of the bedrooms the property may be more suitable for families.
