In a truly unspoilt part of North Norfolk, lies the small village of Tattersett. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the rural surroundings, and it also offers a restful haven at the end of a day visiting the many nearby attractions. Holkham, Brancaster and Wells are all within ten miles, with Fakenham just five miles away offering good shopping, pubs, restaurants, ten-pin bowling and a cinema. There is a garage/shop in the village and a pub, which serves meals, two miles away.

The following properties (289, 290, 292, 293) have been skilfully converted from a range of traditional farm barns and come highly recommended by previous customers. Each cottage has its own essential character, but all have beamed ceilings, attractive interiors and comfortable furniture. As an added bonus there is a spacious games barn, which has a snooker table, pool table, table football and a children's play area. You can also enjoy walks from the door, along the owner's private track and water meadow. The cottages provide very pleasant accommodation for a holiday at any time of the year, and a warm welcome is assured.

At one time this barn housed the farm forge and was used as a workshop until it was renovated into this comfortable spacious cottage. It has lots of character including a galleried bedroom. Shop: 0.5 miles Pub: 1.5 miles

The small coastal village of West Runton lies between Cromer and Sheringham on the North Norfolk coast. There is golf available in the village and a fine sand and pebble beach with exposed rock pools at low tide which are great fun for children. The village is also backed by National Trust woodland offering an abundance of walking opportunities across to Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham Park and the Norfolk Coast Path, all of which give some super views across the countryside. The Bittern and national rail line are accessible from the village and from here you can access Norwich, Sheringham and Cromer and enjoy the opportunity of leaving the car behind. The village has excellent eating places as well as a cafe, butchers, green grocers, newsagents, a small super market and is also close to The Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary.

Hurlingham House is a handsome Victorian house, just a fifteen minute walk from the sea. It is well set back from the road, overlooking the common, which has a small stream.
