The area abounds with numerous opportunities for bird watchers with the RSPB reserve at Titchwell two miles away, which can be reached on foot along the coast path. The Ship Inn, an excellent gastro-pub, children's playground, plus tennis court and small village shop are all close by and the Coast Hopper bus service stops 50 yards from the house.
