Accommodation overview: Kings Cottage Barn is a very pleasant barn conversion which is all on one level. Situated in the quiet village of Stibbard it has excellent access to the coast at Wells and Holkham. Also, the market towns of Fakenham and Holt are only short distance away.

The village of Stibbard is situated between Fakenham and Holt, and offers visitors a chance to enjoy a peaceful, rural, countryside holiday whilst being within easy reach of the splendid North Norfolk Coast. The local landscape offers something for everyone, walking, nature reserves, salt marshes, sandy beaches, and historic country houses, steam railways, water sports, horse racing and Pensthorpe Waterfowl Park, as featured in the BBC Springwatch nature programme. There is a Pub/Thai restaurant at Guist Bottom one mile away and further amenities are available at the local towns of Fakenham and Holt and nearby villages.

Kings Cottage Barn is a quietly situated character barn conversion set in the grounds of the owner's house and enjoying shared use of the extensive gardens. It is single storey and has a private courtyard in a truly peaceful location. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 1 mile
