There is a further wildlife area at the bottom of the garden - this area is fenced so children cannot access it as it has a ditch - possible that dogs may access it and they could get very muddy!
Parking: Driveway to the side of the property, suitable for three cars.
Heating: O.F.C.H.
Pets: Three dogs are welcome at the property. We do ask that they are not allowed upstairs and should be left in the inner hall and utility room if left unattended. The inner hall is an ideal area for wet dogs. Pets are not allowed in the Annexe at any time. Damage caused by unattended dogs should be paid for.
Also Provided: A selection of books and games.
Extras: Towel hire available at £6 per person per week, payable on booking.
Notes: The annexe can be booked for £150 per week during the low season - bands A & B, payable on booking. During main school holidays and high season the cottage and the annexe have to be booked as one unit. Therefore the prices shown for bands A & B are for the house only please add £150 per week if you wish to book the annexe. Some pillows are feather filled.
