Accommodation overview: Rosstyn House is a spacious, delightful property over three storeys, with sea views from most of the rooms. In a central location with the seaside resort of Hunstanton it offers an ideal opportunity to experience a traditional seaside holiday. Hunstanton is a popular traditional seaside town, with a long sandy beach backed by distinctive striped cliffs. There are reminders of its Victorian origins including the promenade, the large green and the attractive esplanade gardens. Hunstanton town offers a host of activities for the family including a Sea Life Centre, a fun fair, tennis courts, bowling green and a sports and leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, crazy golf and pitch & putt course. A little further along is quieter Old Hunstanton, which is a picturesque village with mellow carrstone houses, an impressive medieval church and a championship golf course, there is also a new eighteen hole golf course at nearby Heacham Manor. The nature reserves at Scolt Head, Titchwell and Holme Dunes are just a short distance away. The coastal footpaths in the area are great for walking and bird-watching. Access is from the main garden via gates which have been designed to be child proof. Children should be supervised at all times when using the water garden.

Pets: Two very well-behaved dogs are welcome. The owners have provided a double external kennel and pet bed. Please bring your own blankets. You are requested to keep your pets off the furniture at all times and ensure that they are kept out of all the bedrooms. The garden is fenced and hedged, but not fully dog proof.
Notes: Guests enjoy the exclusive use of the indoor pool, sauna/steam room and tennis court for a minimum of one hour a day. Time of use is by mutual agreement with the owner on arrival. You are requested to bring your own swimming towels. Tennis court available by arrangement. Please bring your own racquets and balls.
There is no lifeguard, so an adult must supervise children of any age at all times and nobody can use the pool area on their own.

Accommodation overview: Spacious family house just two minutes walk from the beach. Midway between the coastal villages of Sea Palling and Happisburgh, North Gap is an access point through the sand dunes onto the fine sandy beaches of this coast. There is a scattering of houses and holiday homes behind the dunes, overlooking the surrounding farmland. Most people will come here for the beach, but the Broads are also easily accessible. The village pubs and shops of Sea Palling are about a mile away, and jet ski hire is also possible here with further amenities available in the nearby towns of Stalham and North Walsham. Spencer Wall is situated in an ideal location for a seaside holiday, being just a few minutes from the beach. The spacious interior is ideal for families, and the house benefits from a large lawned garden which is great for games. Views of the dunes or open farmland are visible from all windows..
