Accommodation overview: This Wroxham holiday home is a wing of a stately early 19th century hall. Set amidst extensive parkland. Wroxham and Hoveton are at the very heart of Broadland, and are excellent locations for fishing, sailing and bird watching. The River Bure divides the two villages, commonly called Wroxham. It is home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns and Roys, 'the biggest village store in the world'. Both day boat hire and sailing tuition are available locally. It is also just eight miles from Norwich, with the sandy beaches of the East Coast a twenty minute drive away. Hoveton Hall is a stately early 19th century house surrounded by extensive parkland. The East Wing is self-contained with large and sunny rooms, decorated and furnished in traditional style. The three spacious bedrooms can easily accommodate six people. However, by closing off two of the bedrooms, we are also able to offer the Wing at a reduced price for two people. Hoveton Hall Gardens has fifteen acres of formal and informal gardens for guests to enjoy throughout the seasons at no extra charge. The gardens are interlaced with streams that lead to a lake. Notes: Guests enjoy the exclusive use of the indoor pool, sauna/steam room and tennis court for a minimum of one hour a day. Time of use is by mutual agreement with the owner on arrival. Accommodation overview: Cowslip Cottage is a very attractive property that is situated in a quiet position in this very pretty North Norfolk village. Dersingham nestles in the embrace of the Royal Estate of Sandringham and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodland. There are many fine examples of the local carrstone and flint architecture to be found within this thriving village which is rich in history. A good choice of local beaches, the nearest at Snettisham is only two miles away, with the coastal resorts of North and West Norfolk readily accessible. The area offers good walking and cycling opportunities and if ornithology is a passion then Dersingham boasts its own English Nature Reserve, with Holme - Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Titchwell and Snettisham - RSPB reserves a short distance away. The village has a wide variety of local shops and pubs, which serve food.

In a truly unspoilt part of North Norfolk, lies the small village of Tattersett. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the rural surroundings, and it also offers a restful haven at the end of a day visiting the many nearby attractions. Holkham, Brancaster and Wells are all within ten miles, with Fakenham just five miles away offering good shopping, pubs, restaurants, ten-pin bowling and a cinema. There is a garage/shop in the village and a pub, which serves meals, two miles away. The following properties (289, 290, 292, 293) have been skilfully converted from a range of traditional farm barns and come highly recommended by previous customers. Each cottage has its own essential character, but all have beamed ceilings, attractive interiors and comfortable furniture. As an added bonus there is a spacious games barn, which has a snooker table, pool table, table football and a children's play area. You can also enjoy walks from the door, along the owner's private track and water meadow. The cottages provide very pleasant accommodation for a holiday at any time of the year, and a warm welcome is assured.

Accommodation overview: Good family accommodation in a pretty location, in semi rural countryside yet only a short distance from the coast. Dersingham nestles in the embrace of the Royal Estate of Sandringham and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodland. There are many fine examples of the local carrstone and flint architecture to be found within this thriving village which is rich in history. A good choice of local beaches, the nearest at Snettisham is only two miles away, with the coastal resorts of North and West Norfolk readily accessible. The area offers good walking and cycling opportunities and if ornithology is a passion then Dersingham boasts its own English Nature Reserve, with Holme - Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Titchwell and Snettisham - RSPB reserves a short distance away. The village has a wide variety of local shops and pubs, which serve food.
