Rural setting and a village with some good amenities which include an award-winning fish and chip shop. Roughton provides an ideal base for exploring the coast and countryside of North Norfolk. The seaside town of Cromer is only two miles away and has a lovely sandy beach, pier with its own theatre and traditional seafront entertainment. This is a great area for walking and cycling with The Peddars Way and an abundance of quiet lanes nearby. The area is also superb for bird and nature lovers with Titchwell and Heacham reserves a short distance away. The Royal Estate at Sandringham is approximately five miles away as are the wide sandy beaches of Hunstanton and Brancaster. Eves Cottage sits in the centre of the village and is attached to the owner's own home. The duck pond is one of the counties most photographed and is almost on the doorstep.
