Both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartments in Clifton Court are arranged on four levels, access is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location, detailed information is available on request. There are designated parking spaces for each apartment together with limited additional guest parking. All of the apartments have individual views over the sands stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach and guests have full use of the indoor heated swimming pool. Putsborough Beach is sheltered by cliffs and ideal for swimming and surfing. During the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments.
