Wild deer and pheasant can also be seen in the surrounding area. The property is approached via a long private drive shared with the owner's neighbouring property, there is also a carefully screened static caravan to the rear of the property, a warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured. A perfect base for walking, fishing and horse riding and in a central position for touring the South West. Visit Exmoor National Park with its magnificent pathways, picturesque villages and character moorland pubs. Ideally situated for outings to the wonderful sandy beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe as well as the Jurassic Coast. Tiverton (7 miles) and South Molton (15 miles) are also easily accessible and both offer an array of shops and numerous pubs and restaurants. Outside: guests are welcome to roam the owner's land and woodland, enjoy feeding the ducks and geese on the enclosed ponds which are located by the owner's home, and see the chickens and ponies. Stabling: and grazing on site for your own horse(s) which can be arranged at a reasonable charge prior to your stay. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with a small sun-trap patio off with seating, and 1 twin bedroom that is approached via two steps. The cathedral city of Exeter is a 25 minute drive with its shops, theatres, cinemas, pubs and restaurants. Tiverton and Crediton are also easily accessible being a 15 minute drive and both offer an array of shops and numerous pubs and restaurants. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Guests are advised that both bedrooms have low sloping ceilings. Shower room: with WC.
