Accommodation overview: Our Dart Marina properties are situated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations. Designed by award-winning architects, featuring many high-tech 'extras' and stylishy finished, a short break or longer stay at Dart Marina offers the ultimate in luxury self catering all year round. .The Dart Marina properties boast stunning water views and many have free use of the luxury Dart Marina Health Spa included. The elegant River Restaurant and first class yacht harbour are all close by, so you can enjoy the boutique hotel experience with the flexibility and freedom of a large, stylish holiday apartment. Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. Just outside the town is an excellent golf course and the stunning unspoilt beaches and coastal paths of Start Bay including the Blue Flag award winning Blackpool Sands are just a 10 minute drive away. Individually styled, our eleven Dart Marina properties have been very tastefully and creatively finished but vary slightly in terms of decoration, furnishings and layout. The main reception rooms have each been designed to maximise the views across the River Dart and to the woods beyond. The apartments offer a spacious entrance hall and living accommodation, with large bathrooms on the same level. The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. State-of-the-art contemporary kitchen with Poggenphol units and Smeg appliances making self catering a pleasure, whilst bedrooms and living areas are luxuriously appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings and bathrooms are beautifully presented with towels.All properties are strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. A cot and highchair are available at each property on request (excluding No.3), but due to the waterside location parents must supervise young children at all times. For those who need to stay in touch during their South Devon break, wireless broadband internet is available at most properties (please check with office prior to booking). Accommodation overview: Set in historic Warfleet, just half a mile or so from the naval town of Dartmouth with its array of pubs, restaurants, boutiques and galleries, stands The Pottery. Built in 1819 this famous Grade II listed building has variously been a fine paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and, most recently, The Dartmouth Pottery. Now this historic building has been sensitively redeveloped retaining much of the original character, to create nine beautiful new apartments. Eight superb town houses have also been built in the adjacent grounds.Each property has been equipped and presented to a very high standard, many with distinctive oak flooring, exposed beams and columns and underfloor heating. Accommodation overview: Little Cotton Farmhouse is set in 3 acres of land in a beautiful tranquil location at the end of a country lane yet just 5 minutes drive from the famous naval town of Dartmouth. The Farmhouse and adjoining Barn have each been sinsitively reconstructed in recent years to provide a very high standard of accommodation whilst retaining many of the traditional features and characteristics of the original buildings.In spite of the rural location Little Cotton is easily accessible and close to local facilities - the 'Park and Ride' bus service into Dartmouth, as well as the town's Leisure Centre and largest supermarkets (Sainsburys and Lidl) are within a short walking distance. Little Cotton is an ideal retreat for families with a range of facilities available to keep children of all ages entertained. There is a large grass area for ball games with small child friendly goal posts, a 12' trampoline (with safety enclosure) and an activity fort with swings, climbing frame and slide will keep them busy for hours! Additionally there is an indoor play area with a multi-activity table (tennis/snooker, football etc), many board games, a wide selection of toys for all ages, books and colouring and various outdoor games (balls etc). There is even a large tub of spare wellies, just in case! Wii Games Stations are provided in both properties making it ideal accommodation for any time of the year (Christmas decorations are also provided). Whilst each of these areas can be seen from both properties there is also a picnic bench - with picnic crockery provided - from where parents can sit and watch their children.From the courtyard an opening leads through to a natural meadow and pretty pond, with picnic benches to sit and enjoy the wildlife. All areas are fenced for safety but young children must be supervised at all times.

Accommodation overview: This is a late 19th Century house that guests have found to be beautifully presented and welcoming, with lovely personal touches. The house suits two families or up to three couples equally well. Located just above the town centre, the house has stunning views across to Kingswear and out to sea from the top floor sitting room and balcony (new in 2010); from two of the bedrooms and the South facing garden. The house name comes from the former owners who were lead actors in The Onedin Line, the famous television drama series, filmed locally.
