Entrance to Wheatley Barn is through the bright and airy conservatory with views to the front garden and patio area. This room has a sofa-futon which gives a very flexible sleeping arrangement. The accommodation is reverse level to make the most of the surrounding countryside views. Access from the central hallway is to both bedrooms. These rooms are newly re-furbished and offer a King with en-suite bath and a Twin with en-suite shower, which is also ideal for two couples holidaying together. Pennti truly is a unique cottage, converted from a farm piggery and providing a tranquil base from which to explore the surrounding beautiful countryside. It is hard to believe that despite being in the heart of rural Cornwall, Pennti is a mere five miles from the bustling county city of Truro. Built with the scenery in mind, every room has views towards open countryside. From the private parking space and enclosed front patio garden, entrance to the cottage is through a conservatory which has seating to enjoy the vista. Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with TV with Freeview, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with 2' 6" Twins suitable for children. Separate shower room, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Bed linen only. Electric convector heaters. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Patio furniture. Regret no pets. No smoking. Off road parking for 2 cars. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
