An attractive twin bedroom is also situated on the ground floor together with a modern bathroom. Gable Cottage is a pretty mid terraced character cottage overlooking the banks of the East Lyn River, in the picturesque and popular harbour village of Lynmouth 'where Exmoor meets the sea'. The comfortable living room features an open fireplace and the separate spacious dining kitchen is attractively fitted with cream cottage style units complemented by a Belfast sink, solid beech work surfaces, and terracotta tiled floor. A rear door leads out onto the small enclosed courtyard. A fairly steep staircase, as you would expect in a cottage of this age, leads to the two first floor bedrooms.
