Nestling in the midst of the most beautiful Devon Countryside, on the fringes of Exmoor National Park, you will find Marwoods Farm. Tucked down a single track lane in the tiny hamlet of Cove and with stunning far reaching views over the lush hills and valleys, this really is a perfect country retreat. The little town of Bampton is just 3 miles away with a lovely choice of shops pubs and restaurants, while Tiverton a ten minute drive, offers a wide selection of attractions including the twelfth century Tiverton Castle and Bickleigh Mill, located on the River Exe and offering trout lakes and fishing with picnic area, farm shops, waterside tea garden and much more. Just a few miles to the north, Exmoor National Park has something for everyone, walking, climbing, cycling or just enjoying a cream tea in the coastal resort of Lynmouth where spectacular cliffs plunge down to the sea. Adjacent to the owners own home we are delighted to offer four high quality stone built cottages, recently converted from the original farm buildings, using ECO friendly under floor heating and with excellent facilities. Overlooking the shared front lawned garden, each cottage has an individual patio with garden furniture. A special treat is the outdoor Jacuzzi Spa Pool which is available to all guests throughout the year. A discount of 10% is available should all of the cottages be booked together for a group of family or friends.

The pretty stable door leads into a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen. A useful cloakroom is also on the ground floor. On the first floor are two attractive bedrooms, the master double room and twin room both featuring an ensuite shower room. An ideal cottage which will suit everyone.
