This attractive galleried landing area, with far reaching views, is a lovely spot for relaxing in the comfy chairs to read a book or the morning papers, and a second TV is a useful bonus for families. Approached by a sweeping drive and surrounded by its own beautifully landscaped and private gardens it has been a frequent winner of "Ilfracombe in Bloom" Built in 1910 by a local builder who had been set the challenge of constructing a completely round home, all rooms are spacious and primarily regular in shape, boasting a wealth of period features. Best of all, an unusual rotunda room at the very top of the building offers impressive 360 degree views. A stunning turreted entrance porch and double doors open into the hallway with parquet flooring, feature ceiling and gothic style doors.
