The comfortable living / dining room has lovely views over the garden and features a wood burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings. The attractive breakfast kitchen is extremely well equipped and a good size adjacent utility room is perfect for your coats and boots. Upstairs the spacious master double bedroom has glorious countryside views and the stylish second bedroom comfortably takes both a double bed and a single bed, a wonderful bonus for flexible sleeping arrangements. A separate modern bathroom serves both rooms. The owners encourage guests to explore and enjoy all of the lovely gardens which include a pretty courtyard area, formal garden, pond and wild-flower meadow edged lawns with picnic table. This is ideal for either al fresco meals or just relaxing in the sunshine, and especially watching the setting sun. If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic retreat, the picturesque twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth are just a short drive away, and for beach lovers the wonderful resorts of Woolacombe and Croyde are within easy reach. Whatever the time of year, Honeysuckle Cottage provides a warm welcome and is a fabulous choice for both couples and families. The owners who live in the adjacent farm are keen that guests minimise their environmental footprint and enjoy the benefits of solar power, spring water and the use of eco-friendly products while staying in this peaceful countryside setting.
