This wonderfully restored detached barn is uniquely positioned in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by meadowland with stunning far reaching views and sea glimpses. It lies at the end of a narrow track, tucked away in a peaceful location yet only a few minutes from the popular and lively seaside town of Ilfracombe. Amazingly spacious and arranged over three floors, rustic beams and vaulted ceilings retain the character while modern touches provide comfort and style. The comfortable living room has a sweet little balcony, perfect for a glass of wine on balmy summer evenings and the enormous kitchen/dining room open onto the garden at ground level for leisurely al fresco dining, barbecues or just relaxation! There are four attractive bedrooms, the master double with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor and three further bedrooms upstairs, all served by a family bathroom. Guests are welcome to roam the open areas and there may occasionally be ponies nearby in a fully enclosed meadow, a bonus for the children. The unique setting of Clover Meadows offers family groups extensive informal outdoor space ideal for active children to explore.
