Set within the beautiful Lyn Valley, this semi detached cottage with pretty front garden is just a stone's throw from the dramatic East Lyn River. The entrance opens into a spacious dining room with a feature fireplace and ample space for family gatherings. A comfortable living room with a lovely bay window and French doors overlooks the front garden and has an open fireplace for cosy evenings. An attractive modern well equipped kitchen is to the rear with a door to the small rear patio quite close to the impressive rock face. Stairs from the kitchen lead up to three stylish bedrooms, two are front facing benefiting from river views and the third bedroom and family bathroom are situated to the rear. The paved front garden is a perfect spot to sit and relax with the sound of the river tumbling by. A short stroll along the river brings you to the village centre and beach, with a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs nestling around the pretty harbour and rugged coastline. Keen walker will be delighted to find Exmoor National Park literally on the doorstep.
