Accommodation overview: A pretty stone built cottage with spacious accommodation and lovely rear garden, nestling in the heart of Parracombe. A quaint period cottage nestling in the pretty Exmoor village of Parracombe, Dunbar Cottage offers a fabulous year round location for keen walkers, with many country footpaths leading to the dramatic scenery of Exmoor. Deceptively spacious inside it is cosy and welcoming with an inglenook fireplace and multi fuel stove in the living room, an attractive separate dining room and well equipped modern oak kitchen. To the rear a pretty patio and a pathway leads to a substantial private lawned garden backing onto countryside, fully enclosed and with a summerhouse. As might be expected in a cottage of this age the modern family bathroom is on the ground floor. Upstairs are three attractive bedrooms with the double having an ensuite shower room. Parracombe has a well known village pub with a wide and varied menu, plus a village store only a few steps from the cottage. Within a short drive or enthusiastic hike, Lynton, Lynmouth, Heddons Mouth and Trentishoe are all well worth a visit.
