The fully enclosed rear patio and lawn backing onto open fields is ideal for a leisurely barbecue with the sound of the waves in the distance, and younger guests will love the space to run and play. The living room, complemented by solid wood flooring, has comfy leather sofas surrounding the attractive ornamental fireplace. A useful utility room has plenty of storage for beach equipment, coats and boots, and a conveniently placed small wet room is ideal for surfers and sand covered children returning straight from the beach. This is a lovely spot to enjoy meals al fresco or evening drinks under the stars. A gravel path and steps lead up to the front entrance and into the open plan living room with comfy leather sofa and flat screen wall mounted TV. The modern kitchen area is well equipped, featuring a breakfast bar, and there is one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Weez House is an ideal choice for surfers, and keen walkers will enjoy exploring the footpath leading almost from the doorstep to the stunning beach at Putsborough around 20 minutes away. To holiday with friends we also have a cottage called Thatcher’s Leggett in the same location. Croyde offers everything you could need in a seaside village, a renowned surfing beach, character cottages and a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Weez House is something a little different, perfect for couples and a welcoming retreat at the end of a fun filled day. Please note that infants are not accepted.
