Although staying true to its roots as a 400 year old farm building, its delightful transformation enjoys a unique use of the internal space. If you are looking for a completely secluded, romantic hide-away, which is only a 10 minute drive from the stunningly beautiful Cornish coastline at Porth, then this is the cottage for you. There are many other famous attractions to easily visit from Colan, including the Eden Project, maritime Falmouth, or city shopping in Truro. Entry to the barn is via the front garden patio area and huge floor to ceiling glass doors, into the spacious kitchen and dining area. Year round comfort is ensured with under-floor heating throughout the cottage. The minimalist free standing kitchen units sit to one side, allowing uninterrupted garden views from the dining area. A useful under-stairs storage area even includes specific shelving for surf boards. The ground floor is completed by a tiled wet room with Monsoon head shower fitment.
