Comfy sofas surround the modern feature fireplace in the living room and impressive patio windows take full advantage of the expansive view, also enjoyed from the generously equipped kitchen/dining room which features a Travertine tiled floor. The three bedrooms are immaculately presented and served by a well appointed bathroom with Travertine tiled floor. A convenient separate cloakroom is also located off the hallway. A garden shed provides additional secure storage for surf boards and beach equipment and a warm outdoor shower is just perfect for surfers coming straight from the beach. A short walk takes you into Croyde village in one direction and the beach is just a little further in the other.
