The former Royal Oak Hotel has been architecturally converted into luxurious apartments in the centre of Keswick, with all amenities on your doorstep your car may never leave its allocated parking space. Most of the apartments have views over the rooftops to the surrounding fells. Access to the apartment is through a communal entrance with stairs and lift to the first floor and stairs only to the second floor. Peak View is a two storey maisonette with internal stairs leading to the third floor. The lake is within a 10 minute stroll, taking you through the beautiful Hope Park Memorial Gardens with mini golf, crazy golf and putting. Launches run regularly around the lake with numerous drop off points.
