Situated in a tourist approved four star development on the shores of the beautiful Kenmare Bay Estuary on the ring of Kerry just over a half mile from Kenmare along a well lit, level road with wide footpaths. The property is bright and spacious.The downstairs is open plan and stylishly furnished with all your comforts in mind. The area has activities to suit all interests from fishing and Golf to horse riding and Hill walking walking through the spectacular mountains of Killarney National Park. The property makes a fantastic tourist base for exploring the Ring of Kerry.Shop. Pub. Restaurant 1056 yards. Beach 20 miles. GF: lounge/kitchen/diner. FF: double with ensuite shower room, 2 twins, bathroom with shower over bath.The rate of electricty is charged at 5 per day June to Sept and 7 per day Oct to May, linen included, electric fire, cot, TV, satellite tv, dvd player, freezer, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, partially enclosed garden, picnic bench, private off road parking.
