Perfect for golf or fishing enthusiasts in an area of wonderfully contrasting landscapes and close to a great choice of beaches or stunning countryside walks, Honeysuckle Lodge is a great base from which to explore the Hartland Peninsular. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Hartland Peninsular is famed for its landscape of wonderful contrasts. The stunning coastline, ancient woodlands and tumbling waterfalls are a walker's delight, and beach lovers have a choice of wide sandy bays or secluded rocky coves all within easy reach. Honeysuckle Lodge is situated on the edge of Hartland Forest on a secluded golf course, surrounded by glorious countryside with two well stocked fishing lakes guests are able to enjoy free of charge. The stylishly furnished open plan living room with dining area has wonderful views over the valley and the modern kitchen has everything you could need. There are two attractive bedrooms, the double having an ensuite shower room and the twin room being served by a separate bathroom. Outside there is a split level decked veranda where you can eat al fresco in the sunshine or enjoy peaceful evenings with a glass of wine while the sun goes down. When you are feeling energetic Penstowe Park, just a short drive away, welcomes Hartland Forest guests and features include indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, tennis, badminton and squash courts. Charges will apply and details are available in the Lodge and on the Penstowe Park web site. The entire North Devon and Cornwall coastline is easily accessible from the Lodge with the villages of Tintagel and Port Isaac to the south and world famous Clovelly to the north. Family attractions including The Milky Way and Big Sheep are just a child friendly drive away. Honeysuckle Lodge offers a great base to explore this fabulous area and with so much to see and do you really are spoilt for choice. Accommodation: Ground floor. Open plan living area with TV with Freeview, DVD player, video player and CD/radio/cassette player. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 with King and ensuite shower room with shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with WC and basin.
