Greengages Lodge is ideal for a relaxing break, set in peaceful countryside, perfect for walking and cycling Threehammer Common is one of three small hamlets in the parish of Neatishead. This is possibly one of the lesser known areas of the Norfolk Broads amongst many hidden gems. The unspoilt Alderfen Broad has marked paths and a viewing point; from pretty Gayes Staithe, a solar-powered boat will take you out on to Barton Broad and there are excellent walks and bike rides along quiet country lanes. A little further afield is Wroxham, the so-called capital of the Broads and How Hill nature reserve, both well worth a visit.
Greengages Lodge stands at the entrance to the owner's thatched cottage on a quiet country lane. There is a small private garden to relax in and guests are welcome to wander in the owner's orchard and wood. This is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday in peacefully unspoilt countryside close to the beautiful waterways of the Norfolk Broads.
