Accommodation overview: Acrewood is a truly superb property, formerly a barn and cottage which was merged and renovated to a particularly high standard, enjoying a mixture of contemporary and traditional features including the warmth and comfort of under floor heating throughout. The kitchen is huge and along with the necessary requirements it boasts a large range style cooker with induction hobs, double oven and warming oven and an American style fridge/freezer in the adjacent utility room, ensuring ease whilst catering for the larger party. This room is open to the eaves of the property with an abundance of exposed trusses and lighting features. The main lounge is very spacious too with the focal point being a large inglenook stone fireplace complete with black cast iron wood burning stove, comfortable seating and a large 50 flat screen TV, whilst a second sitting room provides a slightly smaller TV and X box a perfect retreat for the kids or young at heart! Within Acrewood a central vacuum system running throughout the house is just one of its hi-tec features. All the bedrooms are luxuriously furnished with sleigh beds and the two master rooms on the first floor have en-suite facilities, one of which has a Jacuzzi bath.
