SLEEPS 8+2This south facing, semi-detached Georgian property has a wealth of period features and the spacious accommodation is perfect for both groups of friends and families alike. The Mendip Hills, Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park are all within easy reach as well as many other popular attractions such as Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and Glastonbury Tor. The city of Wells, famous for its beautiful cathedral, boutique shops and restaurants also offers a great day out and slightly further afield you’ll find the popular cultural city of Bath, well-known for its Roman baths. The large lawned garden and patio is great for those wishing to relax, or for a taste of sea air the long sandy beach at Burnham on Sea is well worth the short drive. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 master double with 1 Childs bunk bed, 1 double, 1 twin with basin and, situated downstairs, is 1 further double. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Shower room: situated on the ground floor and separate WC. Lounge: with wood burner (first basket of logs included), flat screen TV, DVD, Freeview. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Utility room: with washing machine, separate freezer and wine rack. Outside: large lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included however a fuel surcharge of £50 is applicable between October - April, payable to owner on arrival. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome.
