Accommodation overview: Oak Tree Cottage provides beautifully maintained accommodation and is finished to an extremely high standard. Set down a gravel lane, this detached cottage has a large farmhouse-style kitchen which is open-plan with the dining area - making it the real hub of the cottage. The large living room has an open log fire (ideal for a cosy winter’s evening) leading out into the all-year-round heated conservatory, which overlooks the garden. The fully enclosed level garden has a large grassed area for children to enjoy and a large patio area for al fresco dining. Just a short stroll leads into Ringwood Forest which stretches over a large area with its pine woodland and heath land, great for walking and cycling. In another area of the woodland is Moors Valley Country Park which makes a great day out for families. The coastline with its Blue Flag beaches at Poole and Bournemouth are just a short drive, as is the famous New Forest National Park and the Purbecks with its ‘chocolate box’ villages and rugged coastline. There are many market towns including Wimborne, Ringwood and Christchurch to enjoy. Lovely thatched pub (The Smugglers Haunt), shop and restaurant within ¼ mile. (Wide door access to all ground floor rooms). Large living room with open log fire, French doors to conservatory and Amtico wooden floor.
