Accommodation overview: In a tiny hamlet, this comfortable granite holiday cottage is the end one of a row, offering a tranquil base for visiting coast and countryside. It nestles off a narrow lane with distant views over Falmouth Bay (on a clear day) and Argal Lake (for great walks and fishing). Falmouth (3 miles) has wonderful beaches, marina, harbour, shops and a daily ferry to St Mawes. Maenporth beach has watersports, golf and pitch and putt. Shop/PO and pub serving good food in Mabe, 2/3 mile. Beamed living/dining room with wood-burning stove in granite fireplace, exposed stone, pine ceiling and tiled floor. Galley-style kitchen. Spacious utility. Conservatory. Fully tiled bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Open-tread turning stairs to first floor: Double bedroom.
