Accommodation overview: A TRADITIONAL CORNISH COTTAGE WITH SEA VIEWS, JUST 6 MILES FROM SENNEN This traditional cottage is set within a World Heritage Site. It has many original features and is set in the small hamlet of Carnyorth, just 2 miles south of St Just (the most westerly town in England) with several pubs, restaurants and galleries. The cottage overlooks neighbouring farmers fields and beyond them a spectacular sea view will occupy your gaze. The rugged coast is just 1 mile from the cottage and offers excellent walking on the South West coastal path encompassing dramatic cliffs, tin mines, local lighthouses and sandy bays to explore. The small villages of Trewellard and Botallack are both within walking distance and offer pubs, shops and restaurants. Local attractions include Lands End, The Minack Theatre and The Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 master double with an external door opening out to a small seating area with distant sea views to the rear of the property. On the first floor is 1 children's bunk bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. Bathroom: with WC and washing machine on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: on the first floor with spectacular views, original wood flooring, wood burner, dining table and chairs, TV and DVD with a small galleried area. Kitchen/diner: on the ground floor with a feature Aga (decommissioned), electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, original Belfast sink and pine dining table to seat six. An external stable door can also be opened from the dining area of the lounge for those hotter summer evenings. Outside: small BBQ and seating area to the front of the property. Situated in the charming town of St Just (the most Westerly in England), you can enjoy a stroll to one of the five public houses in the evenings or partake in a game of golf at the Cape Cornwall Golf and Country Club with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa. West Cornwall is laced with a network of footpaths that can be explored along with a variety of steep cliffs, gentle bays and harbours. The open-plan, studio-style accommodation is approached through the garden, entering into a contemporary space with polished maple flooring and offers a Lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: with two black leather recliners and footstools, flat screen TV and DVD.
