The holiday property has an unspoilt, uninterrupted view down the Lynher Valley and across to the dramatic peaks of Dartmoor National Park in the distance. It lies close to the beaches of Looe, Whitsand Bay (ideal surfing), Seaton, Downderry and Portwrinkle. Golf, sailing, deep sea fishing, river trips, windsurfing and diving are all available locally. Shops 1 mile, pubs 2 miles. Living room with oil ‘wood burner’ and slate floor. Well-equipped, farmhouse style kitchen/dining room with Rayburn, electric hob, French doors to patio and slate floor. Sitting room with open fire. Utility. Shower room and toilet with tiled floor.
