Sitting in fully enclosed, pretty gardens it provides guests with secluded areas, raised decking areas complete with lighting, sockets and patio heaters for those wonderful al fresco moments. Walkers and cyclists are spoilt with the South West Coastal Path and cycle routes on the doorstep, and an abundance of gardens to choose from are also within easy reach including Trellissick National Trust, Carehays Castle, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. The Roseland Peninsula itself has several beaches, creeks, fishing villages, art galleries and restaurants in abundance. The King Harry Ferry is just 3 miles away and a five minute crossing opens up the opportunity for visitors to explore the south and west coasts of this diverse and beautiful county. Falmouth, with its marinas, beautiful beaches, Pendennis Castle, National Maritime Museum or the cathedral city of Truro, with theatre, cinema, shops and restaurants, The Lizard Peninsula and River Helford, with its creeks and wonderful wildlife are all a short drive away.
