The beach is only a 15 minute walk away via the coastal footpath, from which there are some stunning views. The garden is a delightful feature. At the rear of this detached bungalow, there is a large level lawn, perfect for playing and even a "secret garden," an ideal spot for a summer BBQ, whilst taking in the fabulous sea views. There is much to see and do around the area with the famous surfing beach of Polzeath, with its wide sandy beach and many rock pools just a mile away. The sailing village of Rock, and the quaint fishing towns of Padstow and Port Isaac are within five miles. Wadebridge is close by, with its shops, cinema and sports hall. There are many fine golf courses nearby at Roserow, St Enedoc and St Kew, along with the famous Eden Project which is well worth a visit.
