Set in the grounds of the owner’s home, it has its own garden area (reached across a stream). Surrounded by Thomas Hardy country, rich in places of historic interest, lovely walks and popular towns, it is just 15 miles from the coast at both Lulworth Cove and Weymouth. Dorchester (8 miles) offers shops, inns and restaurants as well as tennis and golf. Poole, with its theatre, pottery and boat trips to Brownsea Island, is 15 miles. Shop 20 yards, pub 100 yards. Entrance through patio doors to attractive open-plan living/dining room with electric ‘wood burner’ fire and modern fitted kitchen with tiled floor. Double bedroom with four-poster bed.
