The hamlet is set at the end of the Mendip Hills overlooking the Somerset Levels, with many footpaths and bridleways including the West Mendip Way, which links up with the National Trust site at Crook Peak. In the distance, the modern imposition of the M5 motorway weaves across the landscape, bringing together the benefits of the 21st century within an otherwise hidden retreat, allowing you to be within easy reach of Wells with its famous cathedral and shopping area, Weston-Super-Mare with its beaches, seaside shops and restaurants, and Cheddar with its famous Gorge to the North. You will also be within easy driving distance of the historic city of Bath which has much to discover, this beautiful city has an array of cultural entertainment including museums and theatres. After a long day exploring the area, you can relax in the large enclosed garden with seating or enjoy a glass of wine in the spacious sunroom with views over the garden and adjoining meadow. Recently refurbished throughout, the accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC. 1 double and 1 twin room. Bathroom: large family size with shower over bath and WC.
