Accommodation overview: WITH SEA VIEWS, A UNIQUE CHANCE TO STAY IN THE LIZARD PENINSULA A collection of some of the finest beaches in Cornwall are to be found around the infamous Lizard Peninsula. Here, in the village, you will find peace and breathtaking views. As you enter the village there is a collection of shops and a public house situated around the square. Passing through, you will join a small road that leads to Trenoweth Villa. This semi-detached cottage has its own garden and stunning sea views. The Lizard has a very large and popular cafes open for the summer season, and is renowned for its warm climate and some of the most picturesque coves and beaches in the south west including Kennack Sands, Church Cove, Mullion Cove and Kynance Cove. A collection of attractions in the area are also well worth a visit including the National Seal Sanctuary, The Minack Theatre, Flambards Theme Park and Lands End. This semi-detached character cottage offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin (both with fantastic views of the sea and the Lizard lighthouse which is open to the public), and a further single room, all situated on the first floor. Bathroom: cosy and traditional with a shower over the bath and WC. Lounge: on the ground floor, cosy with a home-from-home feeling with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped and includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: to the front of the property, the children can play safely in the large lawn garden which has seating and a BBQ. Amenities: private parking area at the rear of the cottage. Accommodation overview: Just 3 miles from the sandy beach at Poldhu Cove this very comfortable property lies in peaceful open countryside on the Lizard peninsula famous for its fine walking and dramatic coastal scenery. Adjoining the owners' home it is a short drive from Lizard lighthouse the most southerly point in England and also numerous tiny sandy coves and fishing villages. Inland stand the vast dishes of Goonhilly Earth Station and visitor centre Helston and Flambards Theme Park are 3½ miles whilst St. Michael's Mount (N.T.) and Penzance are a little further afield. Shop and pub 2 miles.
