This detached single-storey barn is set in a peaceful corner of the owner’s 4½-acre organic small-holding and has been lovingly restored with a wealth of original and modern features, such as exposed beams and solid oak floors throughout. There are regular wildlife visitors such as deer, badgers, bats and migrating birds. The Eden Project 7 miles. Padstow and Fowey 15 miles. The Camel Trail is very close by for walkers, cyclists and nature trails. Lanhydrock NT house, leisure centre, golf course, shops and pub approx 1½ miles.
