Accommodation overview: DELIGHTFUL COB COTTAGE, PEACEFULLY SET IN THE PRETTY TOWN OF ILLOGAN Situated just a short drive away from Cornwall's popular beaches, sheltered coves and fishing villages, the perfect spot for touring the whole of Cornwall. This pretty character cottage is situated just under a mile from the town centre of Illogan which offers a variety of pubs and restaurants as well as convenience stores. The well known town of Portreath is approximately two miles away, and you will also be within easy reach of many attractions such as The Eden Project at St Austell, Maritime Museum at Falmouth, Newquay Sealife Centre, Flambards Theme Park, Towans Miniature Railway and numerous National Trust properties. Alternatively, if you prefer to relax during your stay, there is a wonderful decked patio at the rear of the property which is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good book or a glass of wine. This character cottage offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double room and 1 twin room. Bathroom: family size with electric shower, heated towel rail and WC. Lounge: enjoys ample seating around the open fire with flat screen TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: downstairs, well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available and are situated in the porch. Outside: enclosed decked patio to the rear of the property offering garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking is available and also ample roadside parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and storage heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. 1 well behaved dog welcome.
