Accommodation overview: 137 ACRES, PRIVATE BEACH, MIXED FARM This comfortably furnished bungalow is next door to the farmhouse and is situated well off the road, making it a safe haven for children. Walkers can also enjoy the breathtaking coastal walks direct from the bungalow, which is also ideal for bird watching or follow the path down to the private beach (sand/shingle). Hartland is only a short drive from the property and offers a host of interesting pubs and shops as well as a Museum and Abbey. Alternatively there are many attractions in the area to suit all ages and tastes including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park Gardens, Rosemoor Gardens at Torrington and many more. The larger towns of Bideford and Bude are a 20 minute drive, offering an array of pubs, shops and restaurants. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath, heated towel rail and WC. Lounge: with TV, video, DVD and electric pebble effect fire or open fire. Kitchen/diner: with Rayburn (lit November - end March), washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
