You will be well placed to explore the area including Glastonbury with its Tor and Abbey, Clarks retail village in Street, Cheddar Gorge and the Cathedral City of Wells. There are many National Trust properties in the locality or you can enjoy a walk over the Quantock Hills, all this within an hour’s drive. A little further out lie the historic City of Bath and Exmoor National Park. There are several sandy and dramatic coastal beaches to the north and south, such as Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Burnham-On-Sea. If all of this is too much, why not relax with a BBQ and a glass of wine, or take in the views from the covered balcony or the well placed decked patio. You will be well placed to explore the area including Glastonbury with its Tor, Abbey, Rural Life Museum and the Chalice Well, Clarks retail village in Street, Cheddar Gorge and Wells, the smallest city in England with its wonderful cathedral. The Quantock hills are less than an hour's drive away and a bit further afield is the Exmoor National Park. Also within an hour's drive is the Roman City of Bath with convenient park and ride. There are several sandy and dramatic coastal beaches, to the north is Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-Super-Mare, and on the south coast Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Torquay. On the Bridgwater/Street/Glastonbury bus route and the perfect place from which to cycle, walk on Sedgemoor and for fishing or bird watching from nature reserve hides. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: twin. Shower room: with WC.
