The market town of Totnes is close by as are many family beaches of the South Hams including the English Riviera, Kent’s Caverns, Plymouth Marine Aquarium, Dartmoor and Exeter. Play facilities: swings and a grass badminton area. The accommodation is approached via stairs and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 2 singles. Shower room: and separate WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV and DVD. Well-equipped kitchen area with microwave. Utility room: easily accessible with use of washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Outside: large enclosed garden with patio and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, hand towels (bath towels on request) and electric included.
