Located on a no-through road to 200 acres of woodland, ideal for walkers. Lacock is 1 mile. Bath is a 20-minute drive. Bowood House, with 2000 acres of parkland, is a short stroll. Shop 1/4 mile, pub 100 yards. Living room with open fire, beams and wooden floor. Sitting room with wood-burning stove. Spacious dining room with limestone floor/spacious kitchen with range (for cooking) and breakfast area. Separate toilet. First floor: Two double bedrooms, one with 5ft bed, one with en-suite shower room and toilet. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.
