The small and bustling town of Brixham has many restaurants and small shops. Why not try crabbing off the harbour? There are a wealth of beaches and rocky coves nearby, all well worth a visit. Returning to your cottage in the evening, why not enjoy a glass of wine on the front patio whilst watching the sun set. The spacious accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: situated on the top floor, 1 double with panoramic views and TV/DVD, steps up to en-suite shower room with WC. Situated on the middle floor is 1 double with bay window, harbour views and TV/DVD and 1split level double room with dressing area. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Accommodation overview: LOVELY VIEWS OVER THE SEA TOWARDS TORBAY This spacious first floor apartment situated in a quiet area, has extensive, uninterrupted views of Torbay and Lyme Bay. Just a ten minute stroll from Shoalstone beach with free outdoor swimming pool, Breakwater beach and the BerryHead Country Park with lovely walks and views across Torbay and the English Channel. The harbour and town with shops and restaurants are just 15 minutes walk, but if you prefer, the bus service, (which runs on time), stops 2 minutes from the apartment. There is a ferry service to Torquay, be amazed by the beautiful coastline, and if you are lucky you will see the dolphins that regularly follow the ferry. Relax with a drink and enjoy the views and sunset from the balcony or communal gardens. Ideally placed to explore the whole area including Dartmouth, with its historical naval college, Agatha Christie's estate, the beautiful town of Totnes on the river Dart, all just a short drive away. Plymouth with its Hoe and Barbican is a little further as is Exeter with its magnificent Cathedral and quayside. Or stay closer to home and explore Brixham which is steeped in history. Fishing trips leave from the harbour, or just enjoy watching the trawlers returning with their catches of fresh fish. Whatever your choice, you will not be disappointed.
