In an elevated position and approached by a number of steps, you are surrounded by two acres of lovely terraced gardens, with an abundance of flowers and fishponds. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind in the most tranquil of locations enjoying the company of an array of wildlife. Many beautiful country and coastal walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep, or a short drive takes you to the outstanding Exmoor National Park, Berrynarbor with Ye Old Globe pub, tearooms, post office and friendly local store is just three quarters of a mile down the lane. Ideally suited to individual couples, or for those who may wish to holiday together. Once visited this unforgettable location will entice you back time and time again. Outside a terrace offers the perfect place for al fresco dining or just relaxing with a drink while taking in the lovely surroundings. Immaculately presented and with all home comforts provided. Leisure facilities: across a quiet lane adjacent to the car parking area is a large lawn with badminton facilities and leads down to a private decked seating area overlooking the babbling River Sterridge. Outside: there are several sitting areas together with a private elevated decking area and a BBQ for your use. Amenities: private off-road parking space opposite property. Bed linen, towels and electric heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. Location: beach 3 miles, pub and shop 1 mile. The accommodation is semi-detached and one of two similar properties. Approached via a number of steps, the accommodation offers ONE bedroom: with double bed. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/diner: with Sky TV, DVD and wood burner effect electric fire. Kitchen: well-equipped with cooker, microwave and fridge with ice compartment.
