Adjoining the owner's home it lies just a short drive from the world famous Dorset Heritage coast the sandy beach and massive breakwater of picturesque Lyme Regis and the many charms found at Beer Charmouth Branscombe and the elegant resort of Sidmouth. Forde Abbey and National Trust properties at Barrington Court and Montacute House are also easily accessible and fishing riding golf and sailing are all available locally. A pub serving food shop and post office are about a ¼ mile walk.
