Situated off the main harbour in one of the oldest pretty side streets, this former Victorian fisherman’s cottage retains many interesting character features. Standing at the end of a row, it is set in the charming old fishing port of Brixham, which features several wonderful fish restaurants and many interesting shops. Paignton and Torquay are only a short drive away, with Dartmouth 5 miles. The Eden Project (1½ hours’ drive away), is well worth a visit. Shop and pub 200 yards.
